Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund right away.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened nail sticker sets cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
